What happens if one of the appliances fail?

If either one of the appliances should fail, the appliance will enter bypass mode whereby the data stream will be passed transparently. This will have no adverse impact on the network, however application acceleration will no longer be functional for this site.  When a devices fails this is advertised in the Exinda community and all devices sending traffic to it will stop accelerating traffic
