EXINDA NETWORKS TECHNOLOGY UPGRADE PROGRAM

The Exinda Technology Upgrade Program encourages end user customers to upgrade from their current network optimization or application acceleration product to an Exinda product. The Exinda Networks Technology Upgrade Program is scheduled to run from February 12 through March 31, 2008. (The Technology Upgrade Program end date is subject to change)

The Technology Upgrade Program is available to all potential end user customers of Exinda products. This program provides the opportunity to upgrade your optimization product to an Exinda product.

Claims will be paid based upon:

Copy of invoice from reseller to end-user
Release to use name regarding upgrade
Return of product to Exinda
Claim form listing product purchased and product returned with appropriate rebate amounts

Claimants will be notified via email about the approval or denial of any claims.
Claimants will also be notified via email of any issues or concerns regarding their claim along with the actions needing to be resolved.

Forms must be received no later than 30-days after the program end date to be considered for payment.
